Dear Participants,

As previously communicated, Ad-Hoc settlement of CRM for the billing period January 2024 is due to be included in the Settlement Document on Monday 13/05/2024.

Upon further review, M+4 statements have been processed up until 13/01/2024 and SEMO have made the decision to postpone the Ad Hoc resettlement of January 2024 due to this. January 2024 CRM will now be included in Settlement Documents on 04/06/2024 in line with standard M+4 timelines to allow the full month to be published and included in M+4.

We will provide an update on this at the Participant call on Thursday 09/05 at 09:30.

The Settlement Calendar will be updated to reflect this change.

Dear Participants,

Please be advised that due to an upheld formal query with high materiality, SEMO will be running and publishing an Ad-Hoc settlement of CRM only for the billing periods of November 2023 - March 2024 inclusive.

These will be included in the Settlement Document due for publication on 13.05.2024.

This update was included in the Settlement Calendar published on 01.15.2024

The formal query was upheld with high materiality due to an issue with CCP which has now been resolved.
